Supervising day-to-day operations of the general administrative department including nursing and public relation and governmental relation via the security department. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. With the Public Relation Manager plan and maintain a smart and healthy relationship with external stakeholders and other concerned parties internal and external nation. With the Security, Manager ensures and forces security services for Sedico Members and assets. Monitor and supervise the implementation of security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. Working with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing other expenses. Supervise the medical service process in sedico and ensure a quick and accurate response from the nursing staff / external medical service provider. Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. Report to the Administration and HR Director all necessary precautions/updates to develop Sedico facilities and an internal healthy environment. .
