-Overseeing general office operation. -Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world-class service to our customers. -Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. -Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. -Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. -Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. -Creating presentations and other management-level reports. -Design & implement office policies -Organize office operations & procedures -Follow up on all issues until resolution & achieve -Control Correspondences -Handle all of the Commercial Director’s travel & expenses and meetings. -Design filing systems & ensure filing systems are maintained &up to date -Define procedures for record retention & ensure protection -Transfer & dispose of records according to retention schedules & policies -Ensure personnel files are up to date & secure -Assign & monitor clerical & secretarial functions .
-Fluent in English. - Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. - presentable. - Nasr City residents are preferred.
