- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis - Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide financial advice to the management team - Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions of the company - Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards - Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required - Manage the budgeting process for the company, including forecasting and variance analysis - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a relevant field. - 12 to 15 years of experience ( in Joint stock or Manufacturing companies ) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
