1. Team Management: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives to ensure outstanding performance and goal achievement. • Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activities and provide on-the-job training and support. • Set clear sales objectives and ensure team adherence to company strategies and policies. 2. Sales Achievement: • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed regional targets. • Analyze sales reports, market data, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions when needed. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management. 3. Coordination & Reporting: • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and scientific activities. • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor analysis. • Manage regional budgets effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation. 4. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, pharmacies, and hospitals. • Represent the company at medical conferences, symposia, and other relevant events when required..
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine (Pharmacy preferred). • 5–8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the assigned area (Delta, Upper Egypt, Cairo, Alexandria, or Giza). • Proven leadership and analytical skills. • Excellent command of English (spoken and written). • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
