• Develop and implement strategic business plans for the GIT unit. • Supervise sales, marketing, and operational teams to achieve revenue targets. • Oversee P&L (Profit & Loss) and ensure financial performance aligns with company goals. • Drive innovation, partnerships, and expansion in multinational markets. • Report business progress and insights to executive management. • Ensure compliance with company standards and multinational policies. .

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in GIT industry with proven leadership in multinational companies. • Previous GIT Experience: Mandatory. • Track Record: Demonstrated record of outstanding achievement and measurable business growth. • Age: Around 45 years old (43–44 acceptable). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; MBA preferred. • Skills: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Multinational Team Management, Negotiation.
