• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in GIT industry with proven leadership in multinational companies. • Previous GIT Experience: Mandatory. • Track Record: Demonstrated record of outstanding achievement and measurable business growth. • Age: Around 45 years old (43–44 acceptable). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; MBA preferred. • Skills: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Multinational Team Management, Negotiation.
