Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Planning: • Develop and implement the annual national sales plan for the GIT line in alignment with company objectives. • Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and business opportunities to refine strategy. • Set regional sales targets and monitor performance versus objectives (KPI-based tracking). 2. Team Management: • Lead, motivate, and coach regional sales managers, supervisors, and medical representatives to achieve company goals. • Ensure proper coverage, segmentation, and targeting within all territories. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans. 3. Business Development: • Identify potential growth areas and new product opportunities in the GIT therapeutic segment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare professionals, and key institutions. • Support tender participation, pricing strategies, and product positioning to maximize profitability. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure aligned promotional strategies and medical accuracy. • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure product availability and accurate sales forecasting. 5. Reporting & Analysis: • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports. • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement. • Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science (Pharmacy preferred). • 15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least minimum 1 years in a managerial or national-level role. • Proven experience in Gastrointestinal (GIT) or related therapeutic areas. • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. • Excellent command of English and MS Office applications. • Willingness to travel across Egypt.
