Bachelor’s degree– scientific background is a plus.  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.  Proven launch experience (leading product or brand launches is essential).  Solid background in Business Development and Trade Marketing.  Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to propose and execute fresh marketing ideas.  Proficiency in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with social media platforms.  Experience in pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies is preferred.  The ideal age is around 48 years, or any candidate with equivalent senior-level experience.  Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
