Use various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events to attract suitable candidates. - Review and analyze resumes to assess candidates' suitability for available job requirements. - Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, and follow up with them. - Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and local and international laws at all stages of the recruitment process. - Oversee daily recruitment operations, including job advertisements, offering positions, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. - Ensure recruitment processes are carried out within set deadlines and meet client needs in a timely manner. - Adhere to professional ethics and confidentiality standards in handling candidate and client information .

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Consultation companies background or Customer Service Background or Holding HR certificate. •0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Familiarity with sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools. •Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. •High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
