Job Description

Achieving the basic goals of the company such as selling targets, following up on customer visits, doctors, pharmacists, and distribution branches, attending and coordinating the work of medical conferences and scientific seminars, preserving the company's image in the market in front of customers through the management of an integrated team. Responsibility for dividing the main objectives of the company that have been received from the administration into subgoals to be distributed to the work team through cooperation with the director of the scientific office in order to achieve the basic goals of the company. Reviewing the previously implemented work plans for all team members delegates and supervisors in terms of morning and evening customer visits, and achieving sales targets. '' Evaluating the performance of individuals and comparing their achieved results in relation to the established plans and developing a corrective action plan for some members of the team whose results do not reach the required level that is consistent with the previously established plan in an attempt to raise the level of work and achieve the required goals. '' Attending periodic meetings, whether at the higher administrative level, in order to codify and formulate decisions and recommendations issued by the administration, or at the lower administrative level, to develop and follow up subplans of action to achieve goals Submit periodic reports weekly and monthly to the Director of the Scientific Office on the progress of work, the work plans that have been implemented and the goals achieved, as well as feedback and recommendations to management on market movement and competitors' activity to take appropriate decisions. Take all necessary decisions within the scope of my powers that enable me to accomplish the tasks and assignments charged to them after coordination with the Director of the Scientific Office Example: Approval of holding scientific seminars in a hospital to stimulate the movement of the product Representing the company in front of others, i.e. in conferences or scientific seminars, or before private and governmental hospital departments or administrative bodies at the Ministry of Health. Maintaining the enhancement of the team effort within the team by supporting the role of cooperation between members of the team to reach the work goals. Holding training sessions and workshops for the team members to raise the level in coordination with other departments such as the Marketing Department and the Training Department or with individual efforts within the team. Contributing to the formulation of the general objectives of the company by conveying feedback on the pulse of the market and the favorable opportunities to exploit them optimally. Selfdevelopment through doing external studies and attending internal and external training courses..

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any pharmacy, Medicine , science, veterinary medicine and Dentistry. Excellent leadership Good Analytical skills Excellent Analytical Skills. Advanced mathematical skills. TeamWork Result Oriented Problem Solving. Excellent Communicator. Commitment to Safety Fluent English. Excellent Computer skills
