Job Description

Technical processes support the introduction of new products to ensure their capacity and strength, through close communication and cooperation with research and development. Establish short and long-term strategies, policies, and goals for technical departments. Coordinate with job managers within the operations function to ensure smooth flow of information and timely delivery of requirements. Supporting mid-level portfolio projects and providing technical input to the supply chain in design and manufacturing selection considerations. Provide technical input to the pharmaceutical supply chain in developing a product control strategy, and ensuring that the product control strategy is implemented in the manufacturing/store floor processes. Approval and implementation of all technical standards related to the manufacture and supply of products by contracting manufacturers, including the introduction of a new product and verification of facilities, equipment, and processes. Maintain product robustness through development and post-launch with an ongoing process validation plan and periodic product reviews. Supporting continuous product search by ensuring robust and capable processes are in place and monitored. Ensure that any product technology issues are identified at contract manufacturing sites, conduct a root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure a solution. Technical support/troubleshooting for R&D, Quality Control, Production, Registry, and Supply Chain departments. Support for the transfer of products from Sedico to a contracted manufacturer, and vice versa. A warehouse owner to impart knowledge and knowledge associated with new and transferred products. Impact assessment and support for process changes approved by Sedico or manufacturing contract to active ingredients, excipients, and primary and secondary packaging materials, including risk assessment. Ensure, with Quality Assurance, that the necessary verification activities have been planned and executed in accordance with current standards, for example, product life cycle management in line with Sedico QMS by contract manufacturing organizations. Be sure to highlight technical compliance gaps in all manufacturing processes either on the Sedico site or at contracted manufacturing facilities with plans to bridge the gaps. Develop and implement a risk analysis/assessment process for technical compliance with new and existing products and facilities. Technical support including deviations and change controls related to all manufacturing processes. Supporting rapid and significant improvement in manufacturing process performance. Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented methods and procedures. Evaluate and make decisions related to the procurement function to fulfill material quality and delivery requirements Recommending appropriate training courses according to pre-defined needs, evaluating their effectiveness, and monitoring their results. Perform secondary performance evaluations according to planned schedules..
