Job Description

Coordinate work between maintenance departments and supervise their implementation Establish various maintenance programs for machines and equipment and supervise their implementation Setting specifications, requirements and offers for new machines and lines for the production departments Supervising the implementation of installations for the new machines and lines for the production departments Proposing the estimated budget for the mechanical maintenance departments Distribution of work to workers in maintenance departments, and technical and administrative guidance Setting the technical specifications for the spare parts and parts that are manufactured in internal and external bodies and making sure that they are matched upon receipt Request remuneration, incentives and penalties for workers in maintenance departments Proposing training programs for workers in maintenance departments in a way that guarantees raising the skill and competence of its employees Proposing training programs for workers in maintenance departments in a way that guarantees raising the skill of workers and their familiarity with modern systems in their specialties.
