Job Description

-Creating and implementing programs at work that connect employees with business goals. Diagnosing potential organizational problem areas.- -Discussing with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. -Consulting with management and other leadership to identify business processes. -Developing methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting. -Creating effective strategic planning methods. -Identifying data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets. Implementing organizational effectiveness interventions.- Helping employees in creating project timelines and deadlines. Implementing major changes in all aspects of operation.- -Developing methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. Resolving conflict within groups.- .

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree (Medical Background is preferred). -Experience: from 3-5 in the Same Role. -HR Diploma is a MUST. -Excellent English -Good Excel User -Max Age: 28 years -Days off (Friday & Saturday) -Location: Nasr City
