Job Description

- Coordinate with IT department to troubleshoot any issues that may occur during daily operations. - Responsible for sales team communication with IT department in common projects & applications - Support sales team in solving issues related to sales applications, systems and any IT related issues - Act as a key user for the WEBI App, SAP, Microsoft Teams and all applications used by sales team - Create the Statement of work & handle the required testing processes and confirm delivery of sales requirements - Responsible for weekly IT tracker report with all issues between sales and IT .

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline - 1 - 2 years’ experience in Similar role - Previous FMCG industry Experience
