Achieve Modern Trade channels turnover & profitability objectives in line with the company, category & brand strategies. • Develop the Modern Trade channel strategy in coordination with PMM operational team & TBTD Sales Development team to ensure achievement of agreed on MT accounts business plans. • Negotiate trade terms and funds directly with customers in coordination with PMM team to meet customer P&L i.e. manage direct spent on customers. • Manage Trade operations in terms of customer supply chain interface, customer services standard, process, people capabilities….etc. to ensure the efficiency of channel operation. • Develop & Implement the route-to-market (RTM) strategy to achieve RTM objectives. • Achieve brands objectives to maximize consumer off-take. • Owns the development and coaching of the field sales team in line with company standards to ensure the growth of a competent team that would support the execution of sales plans and strategy. • Deliver Modern Trade strategy KPI’s (reach, assortment, volumes, customer service standards, growth) in all accounts as well. • Monitor Modern Trade market dynamics and feedback the commercial organization to respond to the change. • Manage channel credit limit, debit balance & cash collection. • Assess current & develop the most efficient organizational structure to best serve all Modern Trade accounts. .
- Maximum of 35 years old - Fluent in the English language, MS office proficiency is a must - Has at least 5-10 years of solid FMCG sales experience part of which Modern Trade exposure is a must
