• Experience 8- 12 Years in the pharmaceutical field as an HR Manager. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. • Obour or 10th of Ramadan city resident preferable • Adapting to new trends and new technologies and ensuring appropriate communication within and across all departments and driving positive company culture. • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred •Excellent communication skills and Great leadership skills • Pharmaceutical background preferable. • Result-oriented. • Excellent up to Fluent in English. •Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members •Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
