Job Description

-Contact with managers to determine training needs and schedule product & soft skill training sessions -Assist in Designing effective training programs and material -Monitor employee performance during training -Audit and analyze all training issues -Perform analytical deep dives to develop performance gaps, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions. -Create new dashboards to measure and improve quality metrics. -Participate in the weekly review of quality metric and report out impacting factors that need attention to drive improvement -coordinating between organizes -arranging Training Method -Writing Proposal.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in administration or any relevant field -Experience 2 years as Training Specialist -Working with IMO & European Bank -HR Certificate is a plus -Fluent English is a must -communication and problem solving skills -Excellent in Microsoft Office ( Word - Powerpoint - Excel - Outlook )
