Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities Includes But Not Limited To: • Prepares Production Monthly/quarterly Plan and develops production schedules taking into account top products priority. • Planning, managing and monitoring all the activities, processes and operations including mainly the production and packaging processes, in addition to overseeing final production delivery in accordance to the set plans, quality standards and assigned budget. • Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct Manager immediately. • Plans for tender products and including them in the production plan. • Arrange and Plans Toll-out Manufacturing in accordance with the sales schedules. • Providing operational and technical direction with regards to the various aspects and phases of the production to ensure professional and timely execution of production plans within the allocated resources and budgets. • Implementing manufacturing strategy, action plans and processes to improve productivity and efficiency and fully utilize manpower, equipment, facilities and material • Maintaining quality standards among all operations in order to achieve Penta Pharma objectives. • Following-up closely all details concerning raw material availability, production schedule and execution as planned either in Penta site or in third parties. • Follow-up finished goods to be delivered to Penta store /distributors on time, based on agreed Sales and Marketing scheduled plans. .

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy. • 08-10 Years of experience (At least Three years of experience as Production Manager in Pharmaceutical field) • Excellent Communication & Strategic planning skills. • Team work spirit, Problem Solving and Communication Skills. • Able to follow-up all production details in Penta site and in third parties. • Attention to details
