Job Description

• Responsible for registration of all products in different countries according to the guidelines of each country • Submission and follow up the registration files and analysis of the products until getting the registration license • Collecting Data from different Company departments targeting products to initiate the Export procedures • Communicating agents in different countries to proceed in registering our products abroad • Preparing CTD and eCTD Files to be submitted abroad in order to be registered in different countries as per their special requirements • Communicating with "CAPA" (Central Administration for Pharmaceutical affair) for getting the Official documents from in order to proceed in Export procedure • Preparing Export Invoices in CAPA to have Official Export license • Preparing documents for authorization in embassies and offices of the ministry of foreign affairs required for products registration.

Requirements:

• Experience from 3 to 5 years • Excellent in English • Experience of working on CTD – ECTD • Graduated from the faculty of Pharmacy, Science or Veterinary Medicine • Excellent computer skills • Obour or New Cairo residents preferred
