Job Description

- Deputizes for the Director-General in his absence and performs his powers. - Assists the Director-General of Pharmacovigilance to maintain pharmacovigilance systems in line with the requirements of human pharmaceutical basics, and brief him on the safety profiles of the company's medical. - Addressing the Central Administration for Pharmaceutical Affairs in case of any inquiries or deliveries regarding pharmacovigilance. - Follow-up of the vigil files (PBRER / ACO / RMP) next to (PSMF). - Supervising employees in following up and completing tasks. - SOP works to manage vigilance. - Participate in setting performance indicators for management and follow up their evaluation. - Provide input and implement a comprehensive segment-specific marketing/development plan. Based on an understanding of professional and consumer trends to drive sustained growth of the brand and organization. - Develop a go-to-market strategy for designated segment responsibilities. ¬Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. -The annual sales planning process for respective product/segment responsibilities. Actively plan and modify as needed -Develop a pricing strategy for the full range and the proper price increase whenever needed. -Managing the entire range life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities -Market intelligence – Work to analyze customer needs, current market conditions, and competitor information and recommend appropriate strategies/ initiatives. -Integrate customer knowledge and market data into Upstream Marketing and Business Development when appropriate. -Budget Planning &monitoring to ensure budget resources are used appropriately &accordingly to the promo plan. -Report on return on investment and key performance -Create marketing presentations. -Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products whenever needed. .

Requirements:

-BSC degree in medicine only. - MBA in Marketing is a must. - Work on pharmacovigilance besides medical marketing. - Minimum age 45 years old. - Experience in hospitals or pharmaceutical companies is a must.
