Job Description

-Develops and monitors the company's annual operating budget to ensure all financial targets are met and compliance with financial and legal regulations. -Directs and monitors the employees of the financial sector departments to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and then carry out their responsibilities according to the required standards. -Supervising the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure that they are submitted accurately and on time. -Apply and implement the rigorous internal program to ensure company compliance with financial procedures and regulations. -Develop and maintain all systems, policies and procedures necessary to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company. -Manage risks and monitor contracts and external services provided by suppliers to ensure that they operate efficiently and provide the best value to the company..

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA is a plus. • 15-30 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information. • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc. • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent English both spoken and written.
