In light of the above, We are hiring AMBASSADORS who have the potential of FUTURE LEADERS to join the team as Medical Representatives. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PHARMACEUTICAL SALES IS MANDATED. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Purpose: This position represents Multicare within an assigned territory with the goal of maximizing sales of a designated portfolio and positioning Multicare as one of the leading companies in the healthcare sector in Egypt. Reporting: First Line Sale Manager A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Business Knowledge: •Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies including Multicare products, strategies, skills, and organization •Understand regional and territory’s business objectives and strategies through participating in Cycle and Sales Meetings •Attend business meetings and team-building activities, share professional promotion experiences, market intelligence with the team and support manager to achieve overall team objectives •Proactively participate in business knowledge and skills learning as required by the company. And effectively apply knowledge and skills into day to day professional promotion activities •Understand customer medical diagnosis and application on GSK brands, submit reports as required by the company in a timely manner •Establish and develop a professional relationship with customers- Build a constructive and effective external network •Detail products to prioritize customers’ specialty and type of patient profiles 2. Strategy Implementation: •Execute the visiting plan to dedetermineargeting, coverage, and frequency targets •Build relationships with target customers to gain product endorsement to generate sales •Manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time in accordance with the deadlines and objectives as stated in the Sales Action Plan •Provide the customers with the needed information and services •Evaluate and interpret sales results of own products and territory •Evaluate all activities based on ROI 3. Territory Management: •Timely and correctly record related information into CRM system per company standards (like call frequency and coverage, meetings, medical information provision quality, etc). Requirements:

1- Qualification/Knowledge/Experience: •Level of education: Life Science Degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science) •Experience: Previous experience in Pharmaceutical promotion is essential •Language: Good command of English •IT Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS-Office 2-Competencies and Behaviors: •Drive for results: the drive to put energy into achieving results and take actions to exceed goals •Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders •Planning and prioritizing: ability to identify what needs to be done and to develop an appropriate action plan in order to accomplish an objective and monitor progress against it •Able to cope with stress and change •A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding sales, influencing, and relationship-building skills •Teamwork and co-operation: the willingness to work cooperatively and supportively with your colleagues. Developing positive, open working relationships in order to solve problems and achieve business goals.
