Job Description

-Prepare an annual plan for the sale and send it to the Business Unit Manager for approval. -Researching and identifying new potential customers and new market opportunities. -Prepare the annual plan for products and coordinate with district managers to distribute medical representatives. -Determine the needs for recruitment from district managers and representatives with the approval of -the Business Unit Manager. -Assist in recruiting representatives and district managers. -Approve the work plan for new representatives for training out of the office. -Set the plan for identifying the resources and approving them from the Business Unit Manager. -Determine performance indicators for representatives and district managers. -Follow up daily - weekly - and monthly on the sales plan for the products. -Make corrective decisions to achieve goals. -Make double visits to follow up on team development and participate in some seminars. following up the CRM of representatives. -visiting distributors to ensure the availability of products and activate the offers. providing efficient and timely. .

Requirements:

- BSc degree in Pharmacy -12 to 15 years of experience -Experience managing a high-performance sales team -Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite -An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics -Excellent negotiation skills and Strong communication and team management skills -Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
