-Build up and timely track sales force KPI progress. -Ensure sales data accuracy when business changes, Improve accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly reports. -Analyze sales team productivity and propose the rationale for improvement/expansion -Allocation of sales team annual target and measurement of achievement. -SFDC System maintenance and make sure the setup/authorization in the system is aligned with the sales team and territory structure. -Communicate with the sales team on how to do opportunity mapping and perform the data sanity check -Update and manage the list of clients (doctors and pharmacies). -Create master data in SAP (customers and pricing terms). .
-Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is a must. - Experience working in multinational companies is a must. - Work experience in pharmaceutical companies is a plus. - Above 8 years of experience in a sales/marketing
