-Lead generation through existing and new networks. -Achieving revenue targets through sales and business development activities -Development and execution of proposals for new business opportunities -Calling the clients and fixing appointments for counseling sessions for their kids. -Meeting the clients and consulting them for a better learning approach. -Following up with the customer to ensure they are getting error-free service. -Identifying prospects and meeting new clients through campaigns. -Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services and retaining them -Handling customer database to ensure quality process flow from calling the lead to closing the deal. -Logging conversations with clients on CRM software and maintaining the database properly. -Coordination with other department teams for striving customer expectations through the operation of a necessary report on a daily basis. -Following hierarchy and maintaining the reporting structure of the organization. -Development of content for Marketing communications -Management of Pre-Sales and Post-sales operations. -Constant feedback to the product development through valid analysis. -Cross-functional communications across the organization. -Compliance, Code of Conduct, and Confidentiality. -Management of MIS to complement the entire process .
-2 years of experience as a telesales or sales is a must. -Working in real estate or banking or insurance is a must. -Very Good command of English.
