-Work on achieving sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. -Receive requests/inquiries from customers, provide information & price quotations to customers -Research potential opportunities thoroughly to the offering with each potential client. -The regular client follows up. -16- Providing clients with the necessary professional consultation -Submit sales activity & forecast reports to the head of Sales; provide briefing as necessary or as requested -Social media activity; sharing ads and awareness. -Prepare documents such as representation, sales offer, proposals...etc., if needed. -Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds. -Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers. -Providing clients with a high level of service quality and handling client escalated cases in a timely manner. -Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources. -Review plans with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features. -Review plans with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features. -Conducting 100 – 150 Cold Calls per day with 50% efficiency. -Support the property consultants through their calls and clients’ follow up .
- 3-5 years of experience in sales of property consultant -Ba. or BSc. in a relevant discipline -Excellent knowledge of most real estate platforms - Creative and self-motivated -Excellent knowledge of New Capital -Previous real estate experience is a plus
