-Communicate and update the Performance Management Framework. -Develop different policies and procedures to support the company strategy performance. -Implement and monitor Performance Management framework to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the company and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives -Assist the managers in translating the performance objectives to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes -Develop policies and procedures to support the employee performance (for ex: performance review policy). -Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data. -Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance -Monitor all activities related to the performance management cycle and manages all communication of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs. -Develop and Implement succession-planning matrix. -Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance.
Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources Management 7 years of experience working in HR field. Intermediate to Advanced English, written and spoken Good analytical, relational and communication skills. Problem-solving skills and reasoning ability Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
