Job Description

Must have extensive experience in Pharma industry sales Identify and research potential clients Develop and maintain client relationships Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed Gather useful information from customer and competitor data Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and mangament meetings. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and collection from clients. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base. Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance. Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management Responsible for market research when necessary Degree in Business Administration or Business development Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management Responsible for market research when necessary.

Requirements:

15 years of experience in business development ,sales management, marketacces, key account (in Pharma industry) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent command of English Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software MUST have a strong network of prospect clients and ability to build new leads quickly
