Job Description

In charge of monthly payroll scheme for all employees. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies, procedures and governmental laws (tax law, social insurance law) Managing the process of end of service settlements. Updating insurance wages on HR system. Preparing HR letters to open a bank account for new employees. Preparing periodic payroll reports as requested. Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns..

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (highly preferred Business Administration or Commerce) Experience 3 - 4 years in Payroll. Males only. Excellent user of MS. Excel is a must. Experience in using ERP systems is preferred. Good Knowledge of social & medical insurance law. Good/ command of English language. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Excellent planning and time management skills.
