Job Description

1.Responsible for management of QC in the agriculture sector. Ensure the implementation of the planting program for each product.  2.Coordinate with company customers for any requirements or requests related to quality.   3.Follow up the implementation of quality and food safety.   4.Prepare and conduct inspections for all stations and facilities.   5.Monitoring production processes to ensure there is no deviation from the standards quality.   6.Monitor critical control points and take the necessary corrective actions in case of deviation from the critical limits.   7.Prepare and conduct training for the staff and workers and tracking quality team members.   8.Prepare Audit Planning, Nonconformity Reports.   9.Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.   10.Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.   11.Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.   12.Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company.   13.Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for products throughout the production cycle.   14.Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.    15.Design, develop and implement quality control training programs .

Requirements:

Field of Experience: Agriculture Skills: 1.Ability to travel to work sites (Minya, Beni Suef, Matrouh, Alexandria, Bahira. Qalubiya, etc..)  2.Flexibility  3.Leadership Skills 4.Microsoft office and computer skills   5.Solution orientation
