1.Participate in developing the Sales Strategy, along with the related key pillars and setting the LRPs for the whole areas of focus, including but not limited to Safety, Compliance, Continuous Performance. 2.Implement appropriate route to market (RTM) and distribution strategies in alignment with company goals and channel strategies. 3.Responsible for the Retail Annual Sales Volume & Revenue. 4.Achieve the Retail Annual Sales Objectives through driving KPI’s in RT Channel and ensuring adequate stock levels across range all customers. 5.Market development by identifying and developing new business opportunities across our brands. 6.Improve and ensure sales target achievement with the correct product mix to maximize our profitability through MSL development . 7.Maintain and grow relationships with core customer base through effective Contact Strategy. 8.Ensure high performance standards of sales team to meet the dynamic needs of our customers by hiring, training and motivating world class sales organization based on relevant competencies. 9.Ensures that the Sales teams have the clarity, capabilities and tools to execute brilliantly. 10.Improve the measurement of the sales force outputs to increase visibility for immediate improvement opportunities. 11.Ensures that RT customers are covered properly systematically and in a cost -effective way, in collaboration with the Sales Development department. 12.Participate in the evaluation of the organizations structure across all regions/areas and the highlighted the risk that can affect the team's performance. 13.Develop customers’ plans and formulate quarterly sales reviews to monitor sales by period in achieving the sales targets and sales objectives. 14.Closely follow-up on sales teams progress , reviews periodically there performance , advise of area need improvement and provide with required development. 15.Ensure compliance to all our internal policies and rules. 16.· Ensure optimal interaction and ability to engage and interact with support functional teams. 17.Continue to develop the team in collaboration with sales development department..
Max Age : 42 years 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proved experience in Traditional trade within FMCG industry. Very good awareness of all regions in Egypt. Ability to analyze and translate data into solutions, plans and strategies which supports the overall target for the market.
