Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Responsible for coordinating all management interviews, final interviews and additional assessments. Plan and Execute all the training function activities Conduct skills gap analysis to determine employees' needs Design and develop employee training programs Oversee and develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees. Calculate and analyze data metrics, like retention and turnover rates and prepare reports to inform business decisions. Assist HR director in preparing department budget related to development programs for the coming year. Monitor and report the ROI of department budget consuming and suggest any modifications. Create and review job descriptions, job analysis and classifications. Define the performance management structure for the organization. Conduct/Execute the annual performance review cycle including within agreed on timeframes. Analyze all performance measurement results and create all needed reports to upper management. Continuously review and update the Org chart. Assess subordinates’ capabilities and design their individual development plans. .
