Identify, formulate and implement an integrated marketing plan for assigned range of products. Create and deliver brand strategy and ensure its execution. Manage, sustain and improve a professional partnership with healthcare professional. Maintain an up-to-date competitive advantage for the assigned products via analysis, forecasting, segmentation, positioning and targeting. Manage the portfolio profitability through participation in preparing the annual sales budget, annual marketing budgets and related expenses and ensure its proper allocation. Provide the training of the sales team on disease/pathology, product information, products messages and positioning and thus work closely with them to ensure clear, concise dissemination of key messages to customers and correct use of promo materials. Working closely with Regulatory Affairs team and different stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of EDA requirements. Liaise with the Event Management team to assure the proper and timely execution for all activities..
Bachelor’s degree of related medical studies (Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary, Science). +3 years of experience in similar managerial role in the marketing department within reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt. Post graduate studies in marketing or management is an advantage. Prior experience in marketing Orthopedic and/or Neuroscience products. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and awareness of Egypt’s pharmaceutical market and its dynamics. Successful track record of delivering previous business results. Fluency in English is essential, both oral and written communications
