- To plan, organize and manage all aspects of the HR &Admin function in the company to enable the Business Unit to meet • Manage manpower cost as per plan/ budget • Roll out HR policies& effectively implement all corporate initiatives & policies • Put together a manpower plan and budget at the beginning of each year, manpower mix in order to drive the desired productivity levels. • Develop and continuously review recruitment and sourcing strategy in order to ensure quality manpower hiring. • Continuously review ways of working and job responsibilities to ensure that these are contemporary and aligned with the requirements of the business. • establish performance management system (PMS) is fair and transparent. • Monitor & ensure timely completion of the appraisal process and ensuring highest quality standards which involve objective assessment and open performance dialogue. • Develop a strong team of HR professionals with capability to deliver on the Business Operations requirement • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. • Recommend strategies to motivate employees. • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. • develop personnel section •Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or job description, or performance evaluation forms Manage, develop of HR Department goals, objectives and system reports.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field MBA or post graduate certificate is a plus. • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive at least 10-15 years of experience, have proven experience in the Pharmaceutical field is a must. • In-depth knowledge of labor law. • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems. • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages. • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software • Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies. • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. • Outstanding analytical and research skills. • Fluent in English.
