Job Description

Assist in the daily analysis of manufacturing variances in all assigned units factories, warehouse areas. Control over materials / spare parts and record the movement of all (in, out) operations in all assigned factories, stores. Assist in analyzing and preparing inventory obsolescence reserves. Prepare and submit cost rolls and upload approved cost rolls into the Oracle system. Assist / Do the physical inventories in all assigned units factories, warehouse areas. Prepare and submit inventory reconciliations for raw materials / finished goods / spare parts inventories as assigned by the costing manager. Reporting deviations from Inventory records. Prepare cost statements for manufactured products. Monitoring the industrial operating and present reports of weakness and deviation versus budget. Assist in preparing, analyzing, and coordinating the annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Prepare the company budgeting system, and present reports show the variances per item..

Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent. Attention to detail. Good mathematical skills. TeamWork Problem Solving. Good Communicator. Commitment to Safety Good English. Good Computer user or related machines required.
