Job Description

Screen job applications & CVs and interview candidates Explore new recruitment trends and interviewing & assessment tools to enhance recruitment process Develop analytical recruitment reports Monitor the performance of recruitment team members Coordinate with line managers to forecast future hiring needs and create manpower plans Recommend ways to improve and promote employer brand Manage the company’s job fairs and career events Respond to written and verbal recruitment requests from all internal departments Develop and monitor job postings quality on all the company’s recruitment channels Conduct exit interviews with all resigned employees to highlight the reason of leaving Assist in updating organizational chart and job descriptions Responsible for new hires on boarding and employee induction.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline HR Diploma is a must. Strong attention to detail. Problem Solving. Good Communicator. Commitment to Safety Very Good Understanding English. Good Computer user or related machines required.
