Job Description

Responsible for Participation in management reviews of process performance, product quality, and of the quality management system and advocating continual improvement. Planning, organizing, and controlling in process control IPC work and assure that GMPs and SOPs are properly followed throughout all manufacturing &/or packaging processes. Follow-up training, evaluation & motivation of subordinates in departments. Administering GMP training for the whole factory. Follow up qualifications activities for production equipment, lab instruments, and utilities. .

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in (Pharmacy, Science). 15 - 20 years in pharmaceutical industry Excellent leadership Project Management Business Acumen. Change Management. Strategic Thinker Excellent Analytical Skills. Advanced mathematical skills. TeamWork Result Oriented Problem Solving. Excellent Communicator. Commitment to Safety Fluent English. Excellent Computer skills
