Job Description

Follow up the implementation of the company’s policy and its representation in front of all agencies, bodies and institutions that deal with it through the Human Resources Department Labor offices Insurance Office Health Insurance Authority Including all required documents Preparing data and making contracts for new employees, as well as following up on contract renewal for current workers, with a commitment to follow up appointment documents or renew contracts. Follow-up performance evaluations after the probationary or annual evaluation period and implement its effects on annual increases or bonuses by following up with the benefits and benefits specialist. Maintaining and updating employee records consisting of employment documents, records of employment history and current employment status. Responsible for all relevant government forms: form1, form2, form6, and other work permits.
