Plan and execute all recruitment activities with hiring managers to identify current and future recruitment needs. Source and screen candidates identifying their qualifications, for a specific job or for developing a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates) Determine Job Advertising mix including External Postings like career pages & social networks or Internal Postings through the International Coms channels Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person. Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire Responsible for coordinating all management interviews, final interviews and additional assessments. .
Bachelor degree in any discipline. HR Diploma is a must. 5 - 7 years in Recruitment Agency.
