Job Description

Setting the annual production plan based on the sales plan Divide the production plan into quarterly and monthly Review decoding requirements to determine the quantity of purchase of raw materials or packaging Approval of the quantities of procurement of raw materials and packaging required to implement the production plan Handing over the needs to the local and import procurement department to implement them Follow up the implementation of the production plan with the officials of the production departments in the Planning Department Meeting with production departments to follow up the implementation of the production plan Evaluate what has been achieved in the monthly production plan Training new workers to work in the administration or followup training through the heads of units or departments in the administration.
