Job Description

Supervise the implementation and planning of annual building maintenance of site through utilities section projects to keep the site building in good standard and well maintained. Supervise and implement maintenance plans and schedules (preventive & Corrective) for utilities (HVAC, Boilers,AHU, Compressors, Pumps, tanks, firefighting) and infrastructure to ensure the best utilization in the factory Ensure that all maintenance works in both production side or utility side have supportive SOP’s revised , approved and valid , as well utilities equipment operation Records of activities are required for , reference for work history, maintenance analysis , spare parts requesting and audits Check by head periodically. Manage activities according to the latest GMP, GEP, MOH, ISO,..etc & comply with their standards & regulations to avoid audits critical and major observations. Monitor factory’s consumption of gas, water, electricity and report required periodically reports and analysis. Participating in the preparation of maintenance programmers, directing the implementation of such programmers, investigating modification and new projects proposals, examining equipment performance and providing recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost. implement of the preventive maintenance plan on monthly basis by the utilities section according to the annual schedule to keep on providing all facilities with power and resources. Responsible for installation & Utilities repair(HVAC systems ) Creates and develops documents related to maintenance..
